demands of Reservations by SC&ST Dalits, though
after much delays, haltingly and reluctantly, as they are sure that their own brahmin and DCH petty clerks and other small functionaries
will ensure that they are not implemented honestly

Administrative Sections in all Offices, PSUs and
Banks only with brahmins and other DCHs, to get whatever they want to get done silently and
stealthily

Reservation Front for SC&ST Dalits, in spite of
all Instructions and Rules or Clarifications issued from time to time, Legal
Safeguards and Constitutional Provisions

everywhere, with only brahmins and other DCHs, to ensure that they fully help the brahmins and DCHs in Service

to SC&ST Dalits, only with much hesitations and

with the hope that their brahminic and DCH brother
and particularly sister Officials in the Bureaucracy and Administration, will
never implement them honestly

Scholarships and Freeships given to SC&ST Dalits

and DCH controlled Administration, ensures that all the Fellowships
Scholarships and Freeships to SC&ST Dalits, agreed to by the brahminic
and DCH Govts, after much avoidable and unnecessary
delays and deliberations only with much hesitations and reservations, are
further held up and not given properly by their brahmanic
and DCH petty clerks and other small functionaries at the field levels
The brahmanic
and DCH petty clerks and other small functionaries ensure that all the
Fellowships Scholarships and Freeships given to
SC&ST Dalits, are not implemented honestly, by
managing to raise many clever doubts and seeking meaningless clarifications to
delay them for ages, and also come up with lots of ingeniously subversive
interpretations to sabotage them from within Administration, that the intended
benefits never reach SC&ST Dalits
