NO SUITABLE DALITS!

Only nineteen of all total six hundred sixteen

Lecturers and professors of Delhi University

Are the SC&ST Dalits as against twenty two

And half percent of expected SC&ST Dalits;

Many still believe that the post of Sweepers

Is overfilled fully to all the hundred percent!

You must realise even the post of Sweepers,

That work which no one wants to do just in

Their own homes to even clean their Toilets!

Are not filled really with traditional Sweepers

These days in many offices and Departments!

Yes the work given to traditional Sweepers!

And most of that jobs go to dominant castes,

Just to land in a Government job for the pay!

And worm their way up for all useless brats!

As Government Employees with all the perks

And attendant associate benefits that flows in

Demand more Dowries in Marriage Market!

If we are careless even the post of sweepers

Will be taken over grabbed by the brahmins!

Neither now non-Sweeper is now willing to

Coming up to sweep or scavenge the offices

Nor that because just now suitable Sweepers

Not available for recruitment or appointment!

Not Reservation itself had failed SCs&STs!

But Reservation itself was failed by brahmins,

To cheat and fail all the educated SCs&STs

Even if educated and experienced all capable,

Can always easily be said by those brahmins

Suitable people are not available for selection!

The brahmins liars and liars all big big cheats

They can and will say anything also any lies!

No surprise with so much of unemployment

Amongst all those graduates, post-graduates

Doctorates and even professional graduates!

Even Doctors Engineers being unemployed!
