DALITS AND GUJARAT
We can’t trust
these politicians
Can never
believe their words;
They can go too
far any extent,
Will do
anything for the seats
Save their
position and powers
Win elections
again to retain
And or come
back to power!
Gujarat is burning.
Why some ask. There is genocide
of Muslims. It is good some say. It is very good others say. It is unfortunate some feel. It is so shameful that we can’t show our
face to outside World some others weep.
Many are silent but feel happy within themselves. Some try to justify it. Some others theorize and explain it
away. Some want to make a mark by
studying or trying to understand something of academic interest in this massive
human tragedy. Some are busy taking
stock of the numbers - the numbers of people dead, houses burnt, businesses
destroyed, infants butchered, children orphaned, and women raped. Still others are trying to strike in the
death and loss suffered by the Muslims and hindus, an equitable balance. But rarely anyone squarely condemns the
fascist violence of looting, killing and rape, specifically targeted against
the minority Muslim individuals and Communities. Those behind these crimes, as well as those involved in them
should be publicly hauled up in Criminal Courts. But today none appear to be coming forward to bring these
criminal murderers and rapists to justice.
None is trying to highlight and project the real tragedy to at least
shock this Nation into shame and repentance.
Still there are others who strut the streets and give interviews to the
media shamelessly, either defending or trying to cover up the unpardonable
crimes against humanity.
What is happening in Gujarat violently on a mass State
wide scale, and in many other parts of the Country silently or as isolated
small incidents are in fact meticulously conceived Pogroms and planned
Genocide. The small incidents and
isolated acts in other parts of the Country are to serve as warning and threats
to all the Minority Communities in the Country. They are aimed to coerce the Minorities into silence and
submission before the irresponsible shallow arrogant hindu
fundamentalists. This is done to hoist,
reinforce, strengthen, retain and continue the hindu fascists in power. They are all planned in micro-detail, to the
smallest aspect. They are cleverly and
carefully aimed at destroying the Muslims’ economic strength and business
activities. They deserve to be condemned in the strongest terms possible,
without fearing anyone or sparing any.
Sadly, none seem to be prepared to take necessary steps to launch
publicly criminal prosecution of all those involved in these directly or
indirectly. Also, those who had
deliberately or otherwise allowed the situation to deteriorate, and go out of
control to rage for weeks and months, by their actions, inactions and
indifference, need to be publicly punished.
All Heroes who had been sleeping or dozing or fiddling while Gujarat was
being burnt and the Muslims were butchered and their women were raped should be
hauled up to the Criminal Courts in the Country, as well as in International
Courts, and other Fora like the War Tribunals.
Their punishments should be severe and exemplary that none in future
could even think of them even in their wildest dreams.
Gujarat, and the involvement of Tribals and other Dalits
in the looting, burning and killing of the Muslims have to be seen in the light
of some specific disturbing facts events and occurrences.
1.
None in this Country,
however low or high in this Country likes or is willing to accept either the SC
Dalits or the ST Dalits.
2.
SC&ST Dalits are always
in a deliberate manner being pushed to the bottom of the Social, Cultural,
Economic, Educational, Political Hierarchy of the Country
3.
SC&ST Dalits are at the
bottom of the Caste hierarchy, though they actually do not belong to the hindu
society. This when the brahminical
system do not want to either recognise or accept the SC&ST Dalits even
today in any sphere of life. They in
fact refuse to treat them as humans.
4.
The DCHs are unable to use
freely and easily the OBCs against SC&ST Dalits, to oppress the later and
take advantage of the emerging socio-political and cultural and economic
situations
5.
Unable to keep the OBCs busy
oppressing the SC&ST Dalits, and the SC&ST Dalits suppressed to rule
the Country
6.
Acceptance and
Part-Implementation of Mandal Commission has almost eliminated the OBCs from
being the tools of brahminical society to suppress the SC&ST Dalits. Thus the DCHs are now unable to keep the
masses of both the OBCs and SC&ST Dalits busy, and engage them in fighting
each other endlessly
7.
SC&ST Prevention of
Atrocities Act 1989, had increasingly inspired them onto the road of using the
SC&ST Dalits themselves in committing atrocities against other SC/ST Dalits
or SC/ST Dalit Communities, to escape prosecution
8.
All Minorities like
Buddhists, Christians, Muslims, Sikhs etc in this Country, are looked down
denigratingly and condescendingly as their forefathers were mostly SC&ST
Dalits or Most Backward Classes who had left the brahminical society to escape
hindu atrocities on them
9.
Muslims are at the end of
Indian Social System, unwanted and shunned, if not hated
10. Muslim Elites in India were once the Rulers and Nobles,
who today have to toe the line of many of their subjects
11. Muslims, once conquerors of the World are today wounded
tigers, an helplessly chained society World over, almost powerless and badly
divided due to various factors
12. Since 1969, no Elections in India were fought and won in a
really free and fair manner. They were
all held under emotionally charged atmospheres, like Bangladesh Wars,
Indo-Pakistan Wars, Kargil Massacre, Killings and Violence after Indira
Gandhi’s Murder, Emotional Sweep in the wake of Rajiv Gandhi’s Assassination,
Coimbatore Bomb Blast etc etc, that the ruling parties and combinations are
always fishing for such extraneous and extraordinary occurrences, or are
planning for such big incidents. They
all want to ascend to power and position over the blood and tears of people.
Apart from these, the Gujarat Carnage is clearly aimed at
–
1.
Ethnically cleaning Gujarat
free from Muslims and other Minorities
2.
Dividing the Nation and the
People
3.
Dividing the SC&ST
Dalits and Muslims, particularly the SC&ST Dalits. That is hindu conspiracy, and brahmins’
victory
4.
Bringing the SC&ST
Dalits under the full and complete influence of the hindus under brahmanic
control
5.
Instigating the SC&ST
Dalits to commit atrocities against Minorities like the Christians, Muslims and
Sikhs
6.
Encouraging the poor
SC&ST Dalits to attack Muslim Households, Shops and Business, with money,
liquor and lure of carrying home the loot
7.
Targeting soon the SC&ST
Dalits for attack, once the SC&ST Dalits are completely alienated from
other Minorities including Christians, Muslims and Sikhs
8.
Developing within the Nation,
an autonomous hindu State of Gujarat
9.
Establishing an hindu world
centre in Gujarat
10. May be producing and exporting hindu fundamentalists to
other States and Countries. The later
was clearly indicated by a cowradish wolf in an TV Interview, as a personal
opinion and not that of the Govt or a Central Minister
11. Bringing back the evil Manu, criminal manusmrithi and
cruel manudharma
12. Using both the OBCs and Dalits to fight the Minorities,
away from any pursuit for power, since the OBCs are no more easily or freely
available to waste their times in fighting with SC&ST Dalits as a main
vocation
13. The DCHs want to capture and completely take-over Muslim
Trade, Business, Properties, Lands and Houses; and Christian Educational
Institutions and Hospitals
Dalits were always in an unenviable position in Gujarat. The DCHs of all shades, always kept SC Dalits and ST Dalits at bay. They were left at a safe distance, and away from each other. The right of Centre Congress or the rightists including the extreme varieties, communalists and fascists were no different when it came to SC&ST Dalits. Confronted with SC&ST Dalit Demands, they always acted in an irresponsible manner, and often reacted irrationally and violently. This was so right from the days of Gandhi and Vallabhai Patil. There was no difference what so ever whether they had to deal with Jinnah or Ambedkar.
