3.        If yes, what are the reasons for considering AIIMS an Institute of Excellence? 

4.        What are the Norms for measuring Excellence?  Is it the location, size, facilities available, numbers of Patients treated and admitted in different Centres, VIPs and VVIPs coming to the Institute?
